How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $199 and free for orders of $199 or more.
Express shipping is available for $29.90.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
- Order processing time: 1–8 days (including made-to-order production time).
- Standard transit time: approximately 20–35 days. Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $199 and free for orders of $199 or more. Customs delays may apply.
- Express transit time: approximately 12–20 days. Express shipping is $29.90.
Customs inspections are unpredictable and may add approximately 2–3 weeks to transit. Actual timing is controlled by the carrier and customs authority, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Who is responsible for paying customs duties and value-added tax?
Orders are shipped using our prepaid-duty arrangement for the destinations we currently serve. Applicable customs duties and import taxes covered by this arrangement are included in the amount paid at checkout, so customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery. If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected payment, contact info@usdrapery.com before paying so that we can verify the charge.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we will email the carrier name and tracking number. Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update. You can check the latest status at https://www.17track.net/en.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@usdrapery.com within 60 days. We will either resend a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Processing
After order confirmation, we begin preparing the items for shipment. Products marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in stock and are typically dispatched within one business day. Other made-to-order products generally require an estimated 1–8 days of production time before shipment.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email.
To track your package, simply click the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 1-2 business days to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately.
If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.
